SunWorks Business Process Overview Ep 7 - Intermittent Time Reporting

Absence opens the door to a new world of Intermittent Leave Requests. While many aspects remain the same between Intermittent and Continuous leaves, there are new processes for handling time reported by the Employee. Member Services Support and Absence Case Specialists both play a part in receiving and processing reported Intermittent time.
