Welcome to the Business Process Overview (BPO) series!

The initiation of a leave is the beginning of the Absence story and Member Services Support (MSS) offer the first interaction with an Employee. While Telephonic Intakes may be a familiar claim submission method, there are some new additions to the process as it relates to Absence.

In this overly-enthusiastic first session of BPO, I'll be providing a look at the overall process highlighting new elements as part of this initial client interaction!
