Innovating with robotics - meet Bernard

Bernard is the first bot that’s been built as part of a new partnership between Sun Life US and the Sun Life Asia Robotics Center of Excellence, which is based in the Philippines. Our US Lean Solutions team evaluated the lost policy search process, and documented the technical requirements. Then, the Asia COE designed and configured the bot, and shipped it to the US for testing, deployment and production support. Imagine, two Sun Life teams, on opposite sides of the globe, collaborating seamlessly to deliver valuable solutions to our employees and clients.
