GCS Linked Correspondence Tool Integrated Letter

The GCS Linked Correspondence Tool stores all STD, SA, LTD and Absence letter templates in an easily accessible manner, creating a simple process for the user to send all necessary letters to claimants, employers, physicians, etc.
The tool is tied directly to our universal claims system (SunWorks), enabling the system to pull in claim specific information.
Users are able to include key documents from the claim file and send letters via email or postal mail.
